A focused lead-qualification site for a commercial garage-door contractor. The home page leads with a 3-path triage (residential / commercial / emergency) so a visitor self-segments in the first scroll, and the form routes the lead to the right inbox. The v2 rebuild promoted from a Shape A monorepo subdir to a repo-per-site Shape B pattern in a single domain cutover with zero downtime — same deploy hash served the apex domain and the Vercel alias byte-for-byte.
