A 71-route HVAC + geothermal contractor site with a 50-page service-city matrix, GeoCircle JSON-LD per city, and a rebate-stack calculator that helps customers see the federal + state + utility incentives stacked together. Sanity CMS lets the owner publish blog posts and events; webhook-driven revalidation keeps the site fresh within 60 seconds. Geothermal is the wedge — the local market is under-served, the rebates are real, and the site is tuned to find the customers who already know they want it.
