I'm the developer side of the studio. I write every line of code, set up the stack, run the builds, and handle the engineering decisions that make a site fast and reliable. The quiet bet behind every project is automation — software I've written and tools I curate let me move through a custom build in days instead of weeks, without sacrificing the hand-crafted feel. I do this because the work is direct: you ship something, it loads fast, someone calls. Micala Jacobe

I'm the brand and client side. I run our marketing strategy, manage timelines, scope every project, and stay on the phone when you need a real human answer. My background is client-facing work outside of tech, which turns out to be the right training for this job — most small-business owners do not want to talk to a developer, they want to talk to someone who will listen and translate. I read every page of your site before it goes live and make sure the brand voice lands exactly the way you wanted it to.
