How we ship a custom website in two weeks

by Connor

Most agencies will tell you a small-business website takes six to twelve weeks. We ship Starter sites in one to two, Growth in three to four. The difference is not magic — it is automation, plus a refusal to dress the work up with theatre that does not move the needle.

Step one: discovery call

Twenty minutes. We ask what you sell, who you sell to, and where your current site is letting you down. We do not pitch. By the end of the call we know which tier fits, and you have a written quote.

Step two: fast build

Connor writes every page in code. The AI interns — Claude Code, Perplexity, sharp-image, Lighthouse — handle the mechanical work: code review, image optimization, accessibility audits, performance regression testing. Drafts go out as we go. You see real progress, not slide decks.

Step three: launch and measure

We deploy to Vercel, run the Lighthouse pass with you on a call, and hand over the GitHub repo. The site is yours: domain, code, content. We stay reachable for tweaks. You own the work.

Still here? Let's talk about your site.

Book a 20-minute discovery call. We will tell you honestly whether a rebuild is worth it — and if it is, what tier fits.
